How do I pay for my mum?

Payment options:

1. Pay in full at time of purchase using Venmo (preferred), CashApp, or cash no matter when purchased.

2. Orders placed from June 1st-July 30th: can be paid in two equal installments--50% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with the remaining balance due by pick-up, Venmo (preferred), CashApp, or cash.

3. Orders placed after August 15th, payment is due in full at time of purchase.

4. No rush orders will be accepted at this time.

Are refunds/cancellations possible?

No. As soon as the order comes through, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours. I begin making your mum/garter as soon as the order comes through. However, if you have a signifcant other and y'all break up before homecoming, just email me immediately and adjustments can be made. Or if you do end up with a date and your order was already placed, again, email me and we can add their name to the mum/garter! 

If I'm an underclassmen, can I order the Elite package?

No. That package is reserved for seniors only. I consider it a rite of passage for seniors to be able to customize their senior mums how they envision it. They've paid their high school dues is how I see it. :-)

However, if you're a sophomore and you want a deluxe triple heart from the Deluxe package, then go for it! If you're a senior and you just want a deluxe single, we can make that happen for you! 

   School colors are traditionally used for underclassmen. 

Do you ship or deliver mum/garters?

At this time, I do not offer shipping or delivery services. All mums/garters must be picked up at my location in Alvin. When your mum/garter is completed, I will email/call you to arrange a time for pick up. All mums/garters must be picked up Wednesday after four and no later than Thursday evening before your homecoming. 

Can I pick what braids/loops get used on my mum?

Yes and no. All standard and specialty braids/loops that are included with the packages are chosen by the designer, however, you do have the option of buying any add-ons from the order form to be used on your mum. The exception is the Extra Braids package which the designer will choose what three braids get used on the mum.
